Clarity Capital is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic alliance with contract diamond driller Energold Drilling Corporation (EDG: TSXV). Clarity will assist Energold in expanding its African drilling operations and provide logistical and administrative services. In return, Energold has purchased Clarity's 6 drilling rigs and will operate them exclusively for Clarity at preferred rates.
