Errol has been responsible for Clarity's Africa based mineral operations since 2006.  He holds a BSc (Hons), Geology and NHD and began his career with AngloGold. Since then he has gained extensive experience establishing and operating junior resource companies in Africa including Cluff Mining plc, Metallon Gold Ltd, African Pioneer Mining (Pty) Ltd and Duration Gold Ltd. Thereafter, he was CEO of TSX listed Mandorin Goldfields Inc and Oriental Minerals Inc.

Errol's speciality is opportunity identification, technical appraisal followed by project implementation and optimisation.
