As Financial Controller for Clarity Mineral Services (Africa), Gary Law FCIS, FCIBM, Ad.Dip (Business studies), Dip. (Mining taxation) is involved in audit, consolidation, annual financial statements, board pack preparation, financial accounting, general administration and corporate governance management.  He is also involved in due diligence studies, pre-agreement investigations and agreement implementation and monitoring.

Gary has 10 years government finance and administrative management experience in Zimbabwe, where he served in the British South Africa Police as a Staff Chief Inspector.  After moving to South Africa, he qualified as a Chartered Secretary and has 25 years mining industry experience in finance, administration, legal and human resource management.  Gary has been a financial manager of some of South Africa's largest Witwatersrand gold mines.  He also has experience in the small diamond mining industry and underground and opencast greenstone gold mines.

Previously, Gary was Finance Director of African Pioneer Mining (Pty) Ltd and Minemanco (Pty) Ltd.

Gary's strengths lie in the formation and successful financial and administrative management of mining companies.
