Ray joined Clarity in 2007.  He has been involved in commercial law for over 25 years. After studying law and commerce at the University of Cape Town, Ray returned to his home in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe where he began working with Coghlan and Welsh, one of the country's largest law firms. On a voluntary basis, Ray sits on the management board of the Mater Dei Hospital in Bulawayo and the Edgars Foundation Trust.
